The Inn has six ensuite rooms with amenities, two bars, comfortable lounge and we serve delicious home-style cooked food from an a la carte menu in our restaurant. WiFi access has been installed throughout the Inn, with guests receiving a complimentary 30mins access for duration of stay.
We serve tea and speciality coffees in the two bars.
The Ferry Inn Hotel has a full hotel licence and serves guest ales on tap and draught cider during the season.
Caledonian MacBrayne operates daily sailings to Lochmaddy on North Uist and Tarbet on Harris. With the ferry terminal just one mile away, we are ideally situated for an overnight stop before continuing your journey to the Outer Isles.
Uig, on the Trotternish peninsula, is an ideal location for exploring the top end of Skye with it’s spectacular scenery, walks, castles, art studios, wildlife including otters, golden eagles and corncrakes.
The Isle of Skye has been designated with nine locations officially named "dark sky discovery sites". Being one of the darkest places in Europe, the stars can be clearly viewed almost anywhere on Skye, not least the Trotternish peninsula. |
