TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To secure your reservation we require your name, home address, a contact telephone number and Credit/Debit card details, ie the long number, valid from and expiry dates and the last three digits on the reverse.  We will not make any charges to your credit/debit card at the time of booking, but if you incur any cancellation charges, they will be applied to your card.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is illegal in all public places in Scotland. 
Should we find that guests have been smoking in their bedrooms, we reserve the right to charge an extra night's accommodation.  This will enable us to carry out the additional cleaning and fumigation necessary to bring the room back to the standard other guests have a right to expect.  We very much hope that this will not be necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 24 hours notice – Full charge
Between 24 and 48 hours notice – 50% charge
More than 48 hours notice – No charge.

When you make a reservation it is a legal contract between The Ferry Inn Hotel and yourself.  Please note that our cancellation policy is part of this contract.
